Planting Trees For Schools
As a core part of our environmental policy Schoolextranet has teamed up with
'Grow a Forest'
, an award winning not-for-profits company aimed at increasing the awareness of the harmful impact of CO2 emissions and helping to reverse this process by doing several initiatives, one of which is tree planting.
Schoolextranet’s pledge is to plant a tree for
EVERY
new school that has a trial of our Learning Platform. Our goals by doing this are to complement the work of Grow a Forest, whilst also highlighting how schools can easily reduce their paper usage through the implementation of an online Learning Platform.
During 2007 Schoolextranet has now planted
25 trees in forests within the UK
and the numbers are increasing every week!
